If the survey requested is for the purchasing of a vessel, yes a haul out survey is required. If you require an insurance survey you may need to ask your insurance company what is required. We do not normally haul out for insurance survey.
Yes we normally use three boat yards for our surveys. We can book with the office on your behalf. We normally book 1100 to 1300 giving you a free hour in the lift and more time for the surveyor to carry out inspections.

If you are purchasing a vessel a sea trial is required. We do not normally carry out a sea trial for insurance surveys.
Yes we do. Our rigging inspections are done using NAVtec recommendation and the USCG’s (United States Coast Guard) NVIC (Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circular) Subj: inspection guidance for for sail rigging and masts on inspected vessels.
Yes we do. All expenses are paid by the you and will be required a week before the flight date.
Reports are normally completed 3-4 days after the survey. The report will be emailed to your desired email address and be given in the PDF format.
